Recently, GENMA¡¯s self-developed rail-mounted mobile harbor crane (MHC) has been successfully commissioned and handed over to the customer in Indonesia after completing on-site testing and operator training. The crane was previously shipped from GENMA¡¯s manufacturing base in Taicang, China, and has undergone sea transport, installation, and a one-month systematic testing and training period, and is now ready for operation.

This equipment is GENMA's first non-shore-power MHC, designed to meet the flexible handling needs of ports. It is powered by a diesel generator set, eliminating dependence on fixed shore power infrastructure. This offers significant advantages in operational scenarios with limited power supply or where flexible deployment is required. The crane integrates a hybrid drive system combining variable frequency drives with hydraulic drives, ensuring efficient and stable operation.

In terms of smart features, the crane is equipped with an intelligent deep digging system for grab operations and a spreader auto-centering function, enhancing both the precision and efficiency of bulk and container handling. It provides customers with a smarter, more reliable cargo handling solution.

The recipient of this MHC ¡ª the Indonesian Jhonlin Group ¡ª is a large local conglomerate with businesses covering coal mining, logistics, infrastructure construction, and more.
